In addition, incorporating a brisk 10-minute walk can significantly boost brain function and reduce stress hormone levels. Even on busy or tough days, this short physical activity releases tension and supports a calmer nervous system.
Nutrition plays a less obvious but equally vital role. Snacking on almonds or Brazil nuts, both rich in magnesium and selenium, supports mood stabilization and anxiety relief. Including omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D in your diet, either through food or supplements, has shown to reduce symptoms of depression and promote mental wellness.
