There were so delicious!! Super easy and quick to make!

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry

1 block cream cheese

1/4 cup sugar

A pinch of salt

Vanilla measured with my heart

1 egg

optional: Jam and fruit

Directions:

1. To a medium bowl combine room temperature cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt and mix till smooth.

2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 squares. In the middle of each square cut a small square.

3. Place your filling of the Middle cut square and optional fruit or jam.

4. After placing the filling in each square use the egg to make an egg wash to brush over the outside of the cut square.

5. Sprinkle some sugar on top of the egg wash.

6. Place your squares in your oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or till golden brown. Then let stand for 3-5 minutes and ENJOY
