do college exams have you feeling a little busted?
quizzes, exams, midterms, finals, and every assignment in between takes a toll on the body. i try to implement one self care night a week to unwind and take my mind away from college classes and assignment due dates. some of my favorite products and practices are dry brushing and eye masks.
dry brushing is a great practice to aid in stress management and blood circulation. i love the effects of eye masks, the late nights and lack of sleep can definitely be seen when you look at my under eyes so taking a little extra care of them makes me feel like a new women.
if i really need to study but also need a little tlc I like to use the face mask and eye masks while I study to get both done!

College life can be incredibly stressful, especially during exam season. Balancing coursework, studying, and maintaining personal health can seem overwhelming. To combat stress and improve overall wellness, incorporating self-care practices into your routine can be beneficial. Regular self-care not only helps rejuvenate the body but also enhances mental clarity needed for studying. Dry brushing is a fantastic practice that stimulates circulation and helps reduce stress. By brushing in circular motions towards the heart, you can promote lymphatic flow and contribute to a healthier, more vibrant body. Eye masks are particularly popular among college students aiming to tackle the effects of late nights. Using eye masks rich in hydrating ingredients can noticeably reduce puffiness and dark circles, making you feel more awake and confident. If time is limited, multitasking is key; applying a face mask while hitting the books allows you to nourish your skin and enhance your study sessions simultaneously. Additionally, consider integrating products like therapeutic sleep masks or hydration supplements to improve sleep quality and maintain energy levels throughout the semester. Remember, prioritizing mental and physical health is essential for academic success and personal well-being. Regularly scheduling self-care nights can significantly impact your performance and mood, helping you feel like the best version of yourself amidst the chaos of college exams.
