うちも「赤ちゃん（0歳）が呼ぶ＝パパが変身スイッチON」な日が多くて、気づくと一日ずっと何かになってます。赤ちゃんの「パパ〜！」って、ただの呼びかけじゃなくて“安心したい”“抱っこしてほしい”“遊んでほしい”の合図なんですよね。 わが家で特に出番が多い変身はこのあたり。 ・ジャングルジム（膝の上に登られる／肩につかまられる） ・タクシー（抱っこで部屋を周回。泣き止むまで発車…） ・お医者さん（「おなかいたい！」みたいな雰囲気のぐずりに、優しい声で診察ごっこ） ・消防士（たすけてー！の勢いで泣く時に即出動） ・スーパーメーン（寝不足でも最後は気合いで抱っこ） ただ、変身し続けると本当に「男に休む暇などない。」状態になりがちなので、うちは“省エネ変身”も作りました。 例えば、忍者は全力で走らなくてもOKで「音を立てずにそ〜っと近づいて、いないいないばぁ」だけでも赤ちゃんは大喜び。タクシーも、ずっと歩き回る代わりにバランスボールに座って上下に揺れるだけで満足してくれることが多いです。 あと、赤ちゃんが「パパ」と呼ぶ限り変身が続くなら、交代制がかなり大事。うちは“パパが鬼役をしたら、次はママが忍者役”みたいに、役割を回すだけでも体力が全然違いました。授乳や寝かしつけみたいに得意分野が分かれる家庭も多いので、「この変身は任せて！」を作っておくと気持ちがラクになります。 最後に、赤ちゃんの反応がいちばん良かったのは「変身の前に名前を呼ぶ」ことでした。「パパ〜！」に対して「はーい、スーパーメーン参上！」って“来てくれた感”を出すと、同じ遊びでも満足度が上がる気がします。 みんなの家のパパは何に変身してますか？鬼・忍者・タクシー以外の名作変身、知りたいです。
