This is my second Mary Kay Andrew’s book 📕 it’s a perfect comfort read. I must admit I giggled a few times during this book. This is the story of two sisters who reunite after their mother’s death. With financial issues they reluctantly take a trip to Ireland 🇮🇪 at their deceased mother’s bequest. In Ireland they find adventure, mystery and romance. During their stay they do some sleuthing to find their family origins and that of a mysterious, valuable painting.
This was an enjoyable comfort read. If you like Mary Kay Andrew’s you will love this book. This is a rather long book with some points being repetitive. However, I loved the narrator, Kathleen McInerney, she did a fantastic job with her soothing and melodious voice. She kept me engaged and wanting to see how this story would end.
