So I tired this out…I will say good lunch idea however just wasn’t for me. Items are restricted with the things I like. For me the items were texturally hard to get used too. So I was extremely limited and didn’t fill me up for what I’m used to with lunch proportions. I will say though if you have a different taste palette than mine give it a go because it is a good idea. PICK A PROTEIN: This is your satiety powerhouse! For weight loss, protein keeps you full longer and helps maintain muscle mass. Instead of just one option, try mixing it up to avoid textural boredom. My go-to examples include: grilled chicken breast slices, hard-boiled eggs, baked tofu cubes, edamame, or even a small container of cottage cheese. For variety, I sometimes marinate my chicken breast overnight for an extra flavor kick and a softer texture. 2. PICK A VEGETABLE: Load up on these! Vegetables are packed with fiber and nutrients, but low in calories, making them perfect for volume without the guilt. Think vibrant colors like baby carrots, crunchy cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, or steamed broccoli florets. I bought the 4 compartment snack boxes and used these snack ideas. (Cottage cheese, fruit, veggies, nuts etc… it didn’t fill me up for a lunch option. But it’s a great idea for snacking. 🙂
