Intense Heat Baths

Today I’m going to discuss the benefits of intense heat baths. I’m sure you all have heard about Saunas or Ice Cold Baths… but what about intense heat baths? I did research one day on them because I wanted the benefits of ice cold dips but I absolutely hate the cold. After research I found heat baths are a real thing and come with their own benefits biggest one is a boost for energy and immune system. After months of taking one a day or every other day I have noticed tons of improvement. If I get sick I don’t stay sick for as long as I used to, and it never hits me hard. I used to get super sick and hit hard with whatever I got all the time. So definitely was noticeable for me. Next thing is I noticed this worked for either energy boost or sleep. If I’m feeling an energy drain and need a boost I’ll hop in the intense heat for 20minutes and boom my energy is back where I need it. If my brain won’t shut off and I need to go to sleep take a 20minute intense heat bath and boom I’m sleepy. My muscles never get as sore as they used to and I have high blood pressures that trigger seizures. This has definitely helped keep my blood pressure in check. Tons of benefits if you hate the cold or can’t afford a Sauna like me. Below is how you take one properly:

1.) run the water as hot as you can till it covers about 6” deep.

2.) run Luke warm water for about 4”

3.) get in the bath and sit down (slowly if needed, no rush)

4.) turn back the water to as hot as it can get.

5.)If you can’t handle the temperature as every bath is different you can rotate Luke warm and the heat. Point is to get it as hot as you can tolerate. I started out slow and now I can go as hot as it can go.

6.) fill up and relax for 20minutes

Now this is IMPORTANT:

7.) after you are done you NEED TO SIT for at least 10 minutes! It is VERY possible if you get out and don’t sit you’ll PASS OUT. Your body HAS to get adjusted back to normal levels before you get up and walk about.
