I LOVED this book so much! It will absolutely give you whip lash with all of the ups and downs!
We have a RH with one hell of a bad ass mafia assassin FMC, LOVE IT! Raven does have a traumtic past that did turn her into the women she is now, she just said screw this and has become the badass assassin she is now, she does also love street racing which that brings her to how she meet our 3 MMC's :). Reyes, Luis, and Damien would do anything and everything for love. I was hooked from the very beginning and did not want to put this book down!
"You aren't broken, Princess. You have your demons, just like the rest of us. But you have to fight them, don't let them win. You own that shit."
Reading "Raven's Daggers" truly transported me into a high-octane mix of mafia drama and adrenaline-pumping street racing, something I haven't experienced in a long time. The heroine’s journey from trauma to becoming a fierce assassin felt authentic and empowering. I particularly appreciated how her past shaped her resilience and tenacity, making her a multidimensional character rather than a stereotypical female lead. What stood out to me is the unique blend of elements: the suspense of a mafia romance combined with the thrill of street racing, which added an unexpected but refreshing twist. The three male characters—Reyes, Luis, and Damien—each brought different dynamics to the story, and their devotion to love offered a heartfelt contrast to the gritty danger Raven faces. The emotional rollercoaster mentioned in the review is spot on; the book kept me hooked with its unpredictable plot shifts and emotional depth. The theme of battling inner demons resonated deeply, especially the quote "You aren't broken, Princess. You have your demons, just like the rest of us. But you have to fight them, don't let them win. You own that shit," which perfectly encapsulates the book’s message of strength and self-ownership. For anyone craving a read that combines action, romance, and emotional complexity with a strong female lead who defies odds, "Raven's Daggers" is a must. It also sensitively tackles trauma, showing how pain can be transformed into power, which I found inspiring and relatable. Overall, it’s a captivating story that stays with you long after finishing the last page.
