Having experienced many challenging days myself, I can confidently say that adopting a positive attitude truly changes how we perceive and handle difficulties. When those gray, gloomy days come around, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck in negative thoughts. For example, following BTS and their messages about self-love and perseverance has been personally uplifting. Similarly, embracing the mindset behind #sisepuede (yes, we can) reinforces belief in one's capabilities.
