Our career is not just "nurses," but the backlash that stands in every crisis.

✨ because "nurse" isn't just a career...

But is the country's backlash in all circumstances.

The nursing profession is often seen as just "hospital patient caregiver."

But in fact... we are one of the major cogs standing in every crisis of the country.

Both health crises, social crises, and even natural disasters, nurses are always the first to enter vulnerable areas.

🌧, when the great southern floods passed,

Many provinces face rapidly rising water levels.

Community hospitals are cut off. The road in and out is unusable.

But the nurses... still have to go through that water to work.

Some people stand wading through the water to the waist to get into the shift.

Some even have their homes flooded.

I still chose to come back to the agency because

"Patients need continuous care."

This is a reality that happens every year in Thailand.

And every year... nurses are always outposts.

🩺 nurses... even if they are victims, they will continue to work.

Our job is to carry both responsibility and the lives of others.

So we can't say

"We have a hard day, too. Let me stop."

We don't have that right.

Despite facing the same story as everyone else, we still have to.

Monitor, maintain, monitor and support patients to survive.

Because if we're not here...

Who would take care of the vulnerable people in those beds?

🚑 even the violent incident at Phnom Dong Rak Hospital...

It's an event that no one wants to happen.

But even more clearly,

Nurses have no choice to "escape the crisis."

We have to stay to protect the patient.

Take care of people working together

And secure the place the best you can.

While others think of finding a way to escape.

The nurse must think

"How do we get patients safe?"

This is the heart of our careers -

A sacrifice that society may not see, but happens every second.

💛 Nurse... is a career that works even on tired days.

We find fatigue, risk, uncertainty.

But we're still standing because we know...

Our job is not just duty.

But the lives of many others left to us.

On the day you feel the burden is so heavy.

On the day the bad news shook my heart.

On a tired day until wanting to disappear from the world someday

Remember...

• You are a strength that many patients never tell.

• You are the hope of relatives behind the emergency room door.

• And you are the inspiration of all your colleagues.

❤️ Encourage all nurses who are still standing today.

You're not fighting alone.

This country sees your sacrifice.

The patient sees your dedication.

And my colleagues... thank you for still being together.

Thank you for still wearing a nurse's dress.

Thank you for acting... despite how cruel the world is.
