Suspect Sepsis if found ≥ 2
• RR ≥ 22 times / min
• SBP FIT 100 mmHg
• Seepage, confusion
⏱️ Sepsis Bundle (Must be done within 1 hour)
1️⃣ Lactate Temple
2️⃣ Drill Blood culture
3️⃣ give me antibiotics immediately.
4️⃣. Give me IV fluid.
5️⃣ Use Vasopressor if BP is still low.
⚠️ Septic Shock.
Severe Sepsis
• Pressure stimulant is required
• Lactate is also high
