🔴 Complete Uterine Rupture (Complete Crack)
The uterine wall lacks every layer.

🟡 Uterine Scar Dehiscence (Split Original Wound)
The uterine muscles are isolated, but the peritoneum is not lacking.
The baby is still in the uterus.
Not usually severe symptoms. Not much bleeding.
The risk is lower than a complete break.

1️⃣ The history of uterine surgery (most important)
Vertical incision caesarean section / T-shaped
Surgery for uterine fibroids that open the uterine cavity.
2️⃣ The use of delivery accelerated drugs in the uterus is wound.
Misoprostol → High Risk ~ 6% ❌ should not be used in VBAC.
Another Prostaglandins → ~ 2%
Oxytocin → ~ 1.1% (increased risk if uterus shrinks too strong corset)

☑ Fetal Bradycardia / Fetal Distress
→ Most sensitive signal (~ 70% found)
☑ Severe abdominal pain all the time.
→ Not associated with constriction of the corset
☑ Urine is blood.
→ Important signs. Often overlooked.
☑ Vaginal bleeding + shock
→ Fast pulse, low pressure, dark face
☑ The baby immediately floats higher.
→ From where it used to be low and then back disappeared
