1. I use cranberry juice that has No sugar other than the natural sugars of the actual berry. It has the best benefits of course!
2. Ginger has several good properties, one being amazing for skin and health. So I love to include it in anything I can. (Of course the ginger 🫚 root itself is always better than powder.) But this is for my girlies who might not want to taste the full on ginger!
3. Pineapple juice is Vitamin C in a can! Vitamin C is what we need to clear and have antioxidant properties for our nutrition to absorb all the goods.
