🤍 I just recently retired from active duty military (March 2024) and life smacked me hard in the face! 😩
🤍 My ED (eating disorder) became worse due to lack of support before and after exiting service. I am finally getting the help that I realized I needed for it! 🫶🏾
🤍 My mental health, due to PTSD and other factors, hasn’t been great but again, I am getting the help for it after months of asking for help.🫶🏾
🤍 I am finally getting my first apartment next week after being in the military since I was 18yo living with my parents and it was definitely a journey that has been hard.🫶🏾
🤍I am finally regaining the strength and confidence to know that I am making a way out of all of the anxiety behind this (whilst continuing to stay sober (1 1/2 years without alcohol)).
