I went to "Nogochi Valley" in Sawara Ward, Fukuoka Prefecture 🚗💭
Nokochi Gorge is a nature experience spot in Fukuoka City where you can easily enjoy a walk!
There is also a 700m-long walking path along the valley, so you can enjoy nature walks easily 🌳
When I went to the back, I felt negative ions, it was cool and the air felt good ~ ✨ It was about 26 ℃ 🤭
There were many shallow rivers, and many families were playing in the water 🫧
Some people put chairs where the water was flowing and sat down slowly! Because the water is cold, it is absolutely comfortable even if you soak your feet in water ✨
Near the entrance of "Nokochi Valley," there was "Kawaasobi Cafe," and there were shaved ice and cold drinks 🍧🥤
Even if you stay at home, it's hot and electricity costs, so it might be good to go to such a summer resort to cool off once in a while () ۶??

行く前に「結局なにを持って行けばいい？」「そうめん流し（野河内屋）やフォレストガーデン渓谷の里も一緒に回れる？」が気になったので、私なりに“当日ラクになるポイント”をまとめます。 まず、野河内渓谷は夏でも木陰が多くて体感がかなり涼しめ。とはいえ水辺は足元が滑りやすいので、靴は本当に大事です。運動靴でもOKだけど、濡れてもいいウォーターシューズがあると安心。サンダルでも行けるかな…と思ってたけど、苔むした岩が多い場所はツルッとしやすく、子ども連れならなおさら「脱げにくい・滑りにくい」ものが快適でした。 川遊び目線の持ち物は、タオル（大きめ＋小さめの2枚）、着替え一式、濡れた服を入れる袋、スマホ防水ケースがあると助かります。浅瀬が多いので本格的な装備がなくても楽しめる反面、日差しは意外と当たるタイミングがあるので、帽子と日焼け止めもあると安心。あと、虫よけは私は必須でした。 現地で嬉しかったのが入口付近の「川あそびカフェ」。歩いて暑くなったタイミングで、かき氷や冷たい飲み物があるのはありがたいです。渓谷に入る前後の休憩にちょうどよくて、家族で来ている人が多いのも納得。 車で行く人は駐車場の位置をざっくり把握しておくとスムーズです。少し離れた無料駐車場＋近くに有料駐車場（1日500円）の選択肢があるので、「近さを取るか、無料を取るか」を先に決めておくと当日迷いにくいと思います。 あと、検索でよく見る「そうめん流し野河内屋」や「フォレストガーデン渓谷の里（野河内）」が気になる人は、渓谷散策＋水遊びのあとに“涼しいまま”食事に移動できる流れが相性よさそう。暑い日の外出は体力を使うので、渓谷でクールダウン→食事（そうめん流し等）→帰宅、みたいに予定を組むと満足度が上がりました。 最後にマナー面。ゴミ箱がないので持ち帰り前提で、飲み物の空容器や濡れたティッシュを入れる小袋があると地味に便利でした。植物の持ち帰りもNGなので、写真で思い出を残すのがいちばん。福岡で「夏涼しい避暑地」を探しているなら、野河内渓谷は気軽さと自然感のバランスが良くておすすめです。
