How To Make It —->

- 2 Cups of Ice

- 1 Cup of milk (Your choice of milk)

- Vanilla Extract

- Caramel Sauce

- Caramel Syrup (Your desired amount for sweetness)

- Whipped Cream For bottom & Top

- Crumbled Cookies for topping (Optional)
