Sharing personal struggles with self-hate, especially related to body image and social anxiety, is a difficult but empowering step towards healing. From my experience, embracing vulnerability has been a crucial part of this journey. It’s not easy to share photos or express feelings when you feel disconnected from your own body or overwhelmed by antisocial tendencies. What helped me most was focusing on small daily actions toward body transformation—not just physical changes but mindful self-care like gentle exercise, balanced nutrition, and positive affirmations. These practices fostered a gradual shift in how I perceived myself. I found that joining support communities online, where others shared their journeys about #tryingtofindmyself and #mentalhealing, encouraged me to keep moving forward despite setbacks. Mental healing is equally important. Therapy, journaling thoughts and emotions, and setting achievable goals have been instrumental for me. I also practiced self-compassion, reminding myself that growth takes time and it's okay to have difficult days. The combination of addressing both physical and emotional health helped reduce my antisocial behaviors as I gained confidence and learned to embrace who I am.
