I love to bake and I want to bring my passion to life by providing the things I love to make & bake to my university. I just don’t know where to start, so here I am, asking my lemon8 family for advice. Tag some people who you know could help me as well. I’m ready to get started.
Things I do have planned out:
- I will only do the fried oreos and funnel cakes on Wednesdays and Fridays since they are cooked to order.
- I will bake the brownies and other things in advace but only sell them through the week giving me the weekend to make sure I have enough time to do so and make sure everything is right. ( I am a nursing major so I need as much time to do work I can ).
- 6 oreos for $12 ; 12 for $20.
- 4 brownies for $10 ; 6 for $15 ( same for cookies )
- 1 funnel cake for $7
For the brownies and cookies , they can be mixed matched. Ex: 2 brownies and 2 cookies for $10 ; 3 brownies and 3 cookies for $15. Makes sense ?
