COFFEE CHRONICLES
Ugh it’s Tuesday, which is why I will not leave my house without at least 2 cups of coffee. Today is going to be so long. We have a visit from the CEO of our company, and we are still backed up from Friday. Hey at least we’ll look busy for them!!!
But honestly, I am so dreading today. I want it to be over and I’ve only be up like 45 mins. My manager went in early to “sprinkle some magic on the floor” and I really hope that when I walk in today at 11:30, that he is really a powerful wizard in disguise.
Because I wanna get out at 8 today, not 9:45. I can’t do that two days in a row. My body ain’t built for this anymore 🤣🤣
Give me overtime or give me death….i might take the latter, but in actuality I just have to do what I have to bc I missed a day and have no pto to cover me for it, so I gotta work my butt to make that money. And it’s part of why the chaos of yesterday even happened! 🤦🏻♀️ the guilt is heavy.
Ugh hopeful for a good day, but expecting shit.
It’s early, so lemme be one of the first to tell you, I LOVE YOU AND YOU MATTER!!! Take today one step at a time and we will be one day closer to the weekend, again.
