Ingredients:
• Toasted store bought sourdough loaf because my starter, Jane Dough, died
• Mashed avo with fresh squeezed lemon juice (I used 1/4)
• Everything but the bagel seasoning
• Fresh ground sea salt
• Grape or Cherry tomatoes
• Vermont creamery goat cheese
• Hot Honey
• Balsamic Glaze
Perfect just the way it is or you can add hard-boiled egg + bacon to it 🤤
