Why is crafting hard?

I’ve been trying to craft for most of my life, but I never really felt like I succeeded. Since 2020, I’ve been buying tools and slowly building my craft space, but I’ve never fully allowed myself to dive in.

Maybe it’s a lack of motivation, maybe it’s bad timing — or maybe it’s fear.

But in 2026, I want that to change. This is the year I fully commit. I want to take the time to learn, practice, and truly master my crafts.

Yes, I want to sell my work one day, but I’ve realized it’s hard to learn and sell at the same time. So this year is about learning first — showing up, creating, and trusting that the rest will follow.
