Authentic coconut milk: 500 ml
Clean water: 300-400 ml
Currie powder: 1 tablespoon (added fragrance)
🧂 Condiments
Beep sugar: 1-2 tablespoons
Black and white soy sauce / fish sauce: as you like
Salt meal: A little.
🍋 side dishes (indispensable at all!)
Alley lettuce, diced shallot, hemispheric lemon, and oil-fried cayenne pepper
👩🍳 Step-by-Step
1. Simmer the most intense curry
Set the pan with a soft light. Put the coconut milk on it and simmer until it starts to break it a little.
Put the chili, curry, rice, alley and curry powder to sauté until it smells fragrant to three houses, eight houses.
2. Braised the chicken to soft, melt in the mouth.
