Working out as a couple can be a fantastic way to stay motivated and strengthen your bond. However, it’s not always smooth sailing, as many couples find out through amusing moments and challenges. From my experience, one common reason couples struggle to exercise together is differing fitness levels or workout preferences. For instance, one partner might be focused on cardio while the other prefers weight training, which can make syncing routines tricky.
