Today, as I sat in the waiting room for my final dental procedure (after a long, emotional journey of healing and facing my fears), the TV was playing a children’s show.
Not just any show…
Ryan’s World.
It might not mean much to anyone else, but Ryan is the name of my dear friend in Spirit.
And I knew it was him.
Cheering me on. Saying “You did it. I see you.”
Because of course he would show up like that—playful, proud, and perfectly timed.
That’s the thing about signs.
They don’t always come as thunderclaps or perfect visions.
They show up in the small moments—the ones that make you pause, smile, and feel not so alone.

Don’t overthink it.
