The girlies are saying that this is the best rendition of Parfum De Marly Delina, so I had to see it for myself.
I have a decant of Delina, and they smell pretty darn close. I'd give this a 95% in similarity. Covered in Roses is a tad sweeter and a little less sharp/tart, which i prefer. As for longevity, they performed about the same in give or take an hr. I am pretty impressed by BBW.

Parfums de Marly Delina has captured so many hearts with its luxurious, feminine floral-fruity scent, making any potential dupe a hot topic. That's why I had to dive deep into Bath & Body Works' "Covered in Roses" to see if it truly lives up to the hype as a Delina alternative.
My personal experience confirms what many are saying: the resemblance is uncanny! Delina is known for its elegant blend of Turkish rose, lychee, and rhubarb, giving it a distinct *fresh*, *tart*, and fruity opening, which then settles into a creamy, vanillic, and musky base. When I first sprayed "Covered in Roses," I was immediately greeted by those beautiful rose buds and a juicy fruity sweetness. It truly captures the essence of Delina's signature floral heart.
However, in my nose's opinion, "Covered in Roses" leans a bit more sweet from the get-go. While Delina has that characteristic rhubarb tartness that makes it so unique, the BBW version seems to soften that edge significantly. I picked up on more prominent ruby berries and a hint of sugar that sweetens the overall profile. The blush amber likely contributes to a warmer, slightly less sharp dry-down compared to Delina, which I personally find quite lovely. The vanilla is definitely present, providing a comforting warmth, and it still maintains that overall fresh and bright feeling that makes Delina so appealing.
Regarding longevity, as a body mist, "Covered in Roses" naturally has a different performance profile than a concentrated Eau de Parfum like Delina. While my Delina decant gives me easily 8+ hours of wear, I typically get about 3-5 hours of noticeable scent from "Covered in Roses" before it becomes a very close-to-skin scent. To extend its wear, I've found that layering it over an unscented lotion or even a complementary rose-scented body cream helps immensely. Spraying it on clothes also gives it extra staying power. For me, it's perfect for everyday wear, running errands, or when I want to smell lovely without reaching for my pricer special occasion scents.
One of the most appealing aspects of a dupe like "Covered in Roses" is the accessibility. While Delina comes in an ornate, heavy bottle, a true luxury experience, "Covered in Roses" is found in a simple, often pink fragrance mist bottle at a fraction of the cost. It's not about the fancy presentation; it's about the beautiful juice inside that gives you that *Delina vibe*. For those who've always been curious about Delina's iconic scent profile or are looking for a more budget-friendly option to wear liberally, this is a fantastic contender. It beautifully translates the core elements of the high-end fragrance into an everyday, easy-to-wear format. If you're a fan of delicate roses, sweet berries, and a touch of creamy vanilla, you absolutely need to give "Covered in Roses" a sniff!
I have Selina and I wore covered in roses and no one could tell the difference. Everytime I wear covered in roses someone say song you smell good.
