I’ve found that communicating with colleagues and supervisors about your condition can ease expectations and reduce stress. It also helps to plan lighter tasks on days when you’re feeling particularly fatigued. Although it’s tempting to power through, sometimes the best decision is to allow yourself some downtime to recover fully. Lastly, keeping an eye on the upcoming weekend as a time to recharge personally motivates you to get through the workweek. I often use that anticipation to maintain a positive mindset, reminding myself that rest and wellness are on the horizon. This approach not only aids recovery but also enhances productivity and mood once the weekend arrives.
