Why,… I just want someone to myself why is it so hard to be faithful😞
From my personal experience, struggling with faithfulness is often tied to deeper emotional wounds and a lack of self-trust. It’s not just about wanting someone to yourself, but also about handling the confusion and pain that comes from breaking promises — to yourself and to others. I’ve found that when people break the agreements we set, it’s really tough to forgive, especially since it feels like a form of self-harm. It’s as if the betrayal not only hurts the other person but also damages your own sense of worth. In a relationship, fidelity can feel like an uphill battle when one doesn’t trust themselves enough to hold onto boundaries. Accountability, as difficult as it is, becomes a crucial step. By admitting when we’ve hurt someone or ourselves, we start to rebuild a foundation, even if it means stepping back and ending things temporarily. It’s not about abandoning love, but rather respecting it by refusing to continue a cycle that leads only to pain. Heartbreak from cheating or feeling like your love isn’t reciprocated can leave anyone feeling brokenhearted and isolated. Many of us who tend to love unconditionally tend to feel the deepest wounds when faced with betrayal. The feeling of giving your heart only to have it tossed aside can shake your faith in love itself. Joining support communities or seeking help for depression can offer some emotional relief, reminding us that we are not alone in these struggles. In the end, staying faithful is as much about self-love and healing as it is about loving others. Understanding these emotional layers can guide us toward healthier relationships and peace within ourselves.
