Finally tried 大锅卤菜 by Lao Chengdu at Scarlett Paya Lebar. You pick your braised items, choose half or full portions, then everything is weighed before the staff tosses it together. You can choose your spice level or go non spicy. Went with 微辣 and it was fragrant with sesame oil, coriander and other seasonings. The flavours soaked nicely into both the meats and veg.
