Favorites included the Mini Pistachio Raspberry Gateau and the Strawberry Vanilla Tartlet, each bursting with fresh flavors and delicate textures. The Strawberry Panna Cotta Verrine and Rose Yuzu Almond Gâteau added a nice balance of floral and citrus notes, complementing the berries perfectly. The savory section was just as impressive. The prawn and mango tartlet was a weekend exclusive I was delighted to try, offering a refreshing taste. Classic scones, including a unique Matcha variant, were served warm with clotted cream and preserves, enhancing the traditional afternoon tea experience. The beverage options featured the finest TWG teas and Lavazza coffee, with selections to suit any palate. Priced at $48 on weekdays and $58 on weekends and public holidays, the value is undeniable given the quality and variety offered. The service was attentive, ensuring each course arrived with perfect timing.
