Giving up on tiktok?
Why is it so hard to gain visibility on tiktok. I started creating on tiktok in 2022 just for fun with my dogs, and we gained over 40k followers in just a span of 2 months and since then my following is just stuck.
NGL I took a break from it when i was pregnant because my mental health was more important. And as i came back to posting again, usual views are like around couple thousands.
At this point, i just post whenever i feel like it.
Super glad to have found lemon8 tho lol
Let’s see where this takes us!
Gaining visibility on TikTok can often feel like an uphill battle due to the platform's algorithm and user engagement patterns. Many creators experience initial traction, then find their views stagnate despite continued efforts. This phenomenon can be frustrating, especially after achieving significant milestones early on. Content that once went viral may suddenly fade in engagement, prompting creators to question their content strategy. It's important to recognize that mental health plays a critical role in content creation. Taking breaks, whether for personal reasons or to manage mental well-being, can lead to a dramatic shift in a creator's approach and the overall success of their account. After time away, some may find it challenging to regain their previous momentum or establish a new rhythm. Additionally, diversifying platforms like Lemon8 can provide a fresh outlet and new community connections that may complement your TikTok journey. Engaging with different content formats and audiences may help revive your creativity and visibility. As the social media landscape continues to evolve, staying adaptable and open to new opportunities is essential for long-term success in any creator's journey.

I definitely feel like you HAVE to stay consistent with TikTok and be super engaging to have engaging viewers/followers!
