Okay, so I've been getting so many questions about how to actually use these amazing Gua Sha tools I shared, and I totally get it! When I first started, I was a bit overwhelmed too. But trust me, it’s super easy to incorporate into your routine, and the results are SO worth it. If you're wondering 'how do I use this?' – I've got you covered! First things first: always start with a clean face and apply a facial oil or serum. This is crucial for your Gua Sha tool to glide smoothly without tugging at your skin. I usually use a few drops of my favorite rosehip oil. Now for the technique! Neck: Start at the base of your neck and gently stroke upwards towards your jawline. This helps with lymphatic drainage and relaxing those neck muscles. Do about 5-10 strokes on each side. Jawline: Place the V-shaped curve of your tool against your jawline and sweep from your chin up towards your earlobe. This is amazing for contouring and releasing tension. Again, 5-10 strokes per side. Cheeks: Use the long, flat edge of your Gua Sha tool. Start from the side of your nose and sweep outwards towards your hairline, just below your cheekbone. Then, move up slightly and sweep above your cheekbone. This helps with sculpting and depuffing. Under Eyes: Be super gentle here! Use the smaller, rounded end of your tool and lightly glide it from the inner corner of your eye outwards towards your temple. This can help with reducing puffiness and brightening. Forehead: Place the long edge of the tool in the center of your forehead and sweep outwards towards your temple. Then, move upwards from your brow bone to your hairline. This helps smooth out fine lines and relieve tension. Remember to use light to medium pressure – you shouldn't be bruising your skin! Consistency is key; aim for 3-5 times a week for best results.
