車なしで千葉を回るとき、いちばん大事なのは「移動に時間がかかる前提で、エリアを絞る」ことでした。房総半島は想像以上に広いので、1泊2日なら“東（銚子）”か“南（勝浦〜館山）”か“内房（富津・君津）”みたいにテーマを決めると失敗しにくいです。 ■車なし1泊2日モデルコース例（電車メイン） 【内房・絶景】東京/千葉→浜金谷→鋸山（ロープウェイで地獄のぞき）→夕方は海沿いでのんびり→（宿泊）→翌日、千葉みなとで千葉ポートタワー夜景 or 昼景 鋸山は駅から歩けるのがありがたい反面、アップダウンがあるので歩きやすい靴は必須。ロープウェイ利用でも展望スポットまで階段があるので、水分は持って行きました。 【外房・海と散歩】千葉→勝浦（鵜原駅）→鵜原理想郷（海の透明度が高くて、鳥居×青い海が写真映え）→時間があれば鴨川方面へ（穴場の海岸散歩）→（宿泊）→翌日、観光列車気分で小湊鉄道（春は菜の花や桜の時期が特にきれい） 外房は本数が少ない区間もあるので、乗換アプリで「次の電車までの待ち時間」を見ながら動くのがコツでした。 ■フリーパスの考え方（節約したい人向け） 行き先が房総の広範囲に散るなら、JRや私鉄の“房総エリア向けきっぷ”を検討すると移動費が読みやすくなります。私は「今日は外房だけ」「明日は内房だけ」と決めて、当日券やICで乗る日と、パスを使う日を分けることもありました。 ■“千葉の下の方（館山方面）”を車なしで楽しむコツ 館山は海沿いの景色が魅力だけど、駅から離れたスポットも多め。無理に詰め込まず、駅近の海・カフェ・温泉（宿）を軸にして、足りない分は路線バス＋徒歩で1〜2か所だけ追加、くらいがちょうど良かったです。 ■季節のベストタイミング ・佐倉ふるさと広場：チューリップの時期は一気に“オランダ風車×花畑”感が出て楽しい ・小湊鉄道：菜の花・桜シーズンは混むけど、レトロ車両と春の景色が別格 ・千葉ポートタワー：夜景狙いなら閉館時間と最終入館に注意 最後に、車なし旅は「歩く距離の把握」が満足度を左右しました。徒歩10〜15分と書いてあっても、坂道や日差しで体感が変わるので、日傘・帽子・スニーカーは持って行くと安心です。
