I honestly don’t know how this is fair. Out of nowhere, Instagram has restricted me from doing the most basic things — I can’t like posts, I can’t follow new people, and my engagement is being cut off. For someone like me, who is working hard to grow, connect, and build a real community on here, this is beyond frustrating.

Because of this, I went straight to Instagram/Meta support. I asked them why I was being limited, and after checking my account, they told me very clearly: my account is completely clean. There are no violations. There are no issues. In other words, I didn’t break a single rule.

But here’s the unbelievable part — even after admitting my account is clean, they told me that they can’t override or remove the restrictions. So I’m being punished for nothing. I did nothing wrong, I didn’t break guidelines, yet here I am stuck limited while others can freely use their accounts.

And let’s be clear — I’m even a verified Instagram user. I went through the process, I got the badge, and that should mean my account is recognized and trusted. If a verified creator can be restricted like this for no reason, then what does that say about the system? It doesn’t protect us — it works against us.

This is the kind of system that needs to be fixed. Instead of helping creators who actually follow the rules and work to engage with others, Instagram is silencing us. The support team admitted my account is fine, but they also said they can’t fix the problem. That’s broken.

I feel like I’m being punished for nothing, and I’m not afraid to say it. If Instagram is about connecting, engaging, and building community, then why am I restricted from doing exactly that? It’s not right.

I’m sharing this because I want people to understand what I’m going through. If you’ve ever been in the same situation, I know you can relate. And if Instagram is watching, I hope they finally realize how unfair this is — not just to me, but to every creator who’s trying to do things the right way.
