「自動調理ポットって実際どうなの？」「離乳食に使える？」が気になって、ニトリのスリム調理ポットをしばらく使ってみました。結論、忙しい日ほどありがたさが増す家電でした。 まず“ほったらかし”の安心感。朝に野菜と水（or 牛乳/豆乳）を入れて「クリーミー」か「あっさり」を選ぶだけで、加熱〜攪拌まで自動で進むので、着替えや身支度の間に一品完成します。鍋で作ると焦げ付きや火加減が気になるけど、これはスイッチを押したら見張らなくていいのが助かります。 離乳食目的で考えている人は、使い方のコツを押さえると便利です。にんじん・じゃがいも・かぼちゃなどのやわらかくなりやすい野菜は相性◎で、なめらかにしたいときは「クリーミー」を選ぶと裏ごしっぽい質感に寄せやすい印象。逆に粒感を残したい場合は、加熱後に短めに攪拌する（または「あっさり」）にして調整すると食感が作りやすいです。初期〜中期はなめらか、後期は少し粒を残す…みたいに変えられるのが便利でした。 おかゆモードも地味に使えます。炊飯器で少量だけ作るより手軽で、夜にセットして朝に出す、という流れができるとラク。ゆで卵・温豆乳などメニュー表示があるので、献立を考えるのがしんどい日に「とりあえずこれに任せる」ができました。 気をつけたい点も正直に。攪拌系は音がそれなりに出るので、赤ちゃんが寝ている時間帯はタイミング調整が安心。あと、洗うパーツ（内側・フタ周り）は早めにすすぐと汚れが落ちやすいです。 置き場所はスリムで、白い本体に「N simple」っぽいミニマル感があるので出しっぱなしでも生活感が出にくいのが好み。自動調理ポットをニトリでコスパ良く始めたい人、離乳食〜家族のスープ作りまでまとめて時短したい人にはかなり向いていると思います。
