สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบความเรียบง่ายและธรรมชาติ ร้านบ้านลุงแจ๊งเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเด็ดขาด ประทับใจที่ร้านตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางต้นไม้และบรรยากาศร่มรื่น ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายเหมือนได้มาพักผ่อนจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเรือให้พายเล่น ทำให้มีความรู้สึกสนุกสนานและสัมพันธ์กับธรรมชาติมากขึ้น จุดเด่นอีกอย่างที่ผมชอบมากคือผักที่ใช้ปรุงในร้าน ส่วนใหญ่ปลูกเองในสวนผักออร์แกนิค ทำให้รู้สึกมั่นใจในความสดใหม่และปลอดสารพิษ อาหารทุกจานที่เสิร์ฟจึงมีความพิถีพิถัน เพราะทำจานต่อจาน หมูหมักเองในแฮมเบอร์เกอร์จึงนุ่มและเข้มข้น ส่วนตำหลวงพระบางที่ใช้มะละกอขูดสดใหม่ ก็เพิ่มรสสัมผัสกรอบอร่อยและรสชาติจัดจ้านถึงใจอย่างแท้จริง แม้ว่าการทำอาหารแบบนี้อาจจะต้องรอหน่อย แต่ผมถือว่าคุ้มค่าสำหรับรสชาติและคุณภาพที่ได้รับ จุดนี้ทางร้านก็มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้าชัดเจน ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกหงุดหงิด บวกกับราคาที่ไม่แพงเลยเมื่อเทียบกับบรรยากาศและวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ ถ้าใครสนใจอยากพาเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวมานั่งดื่มกินอาหารแบบชิลล์ๆ พร้อมธรรมชาติ บ้านลุงแจ๊งถือเป็นร้านลับที่เหมาะมาก และการเดินทางก็ไม่ยาก ใกล้ถนนราชพฤกษ์ ตำบลคลองข่อย อำเภอปากเกร็ด นนทบุรี ใครที่ผ่านไปลองหาเวลามาลองชิมกันดู รับรองว่าจะติดใจบรรยากาศและความอร่อยของอาหารแบบบ้านๆ สไตล์ครอบครัวอย่างแน่นอน
