Crème brûlée 🤭
Tried the crème brûlée from target with the ceramic ramekins. They come frozen and the brown sugar topping is in individual packets.
Place the sugar on top broil it or torch it and your done!
They’re actually really good✨❣️
P.S. First round I let the thaw then broiled them and they were overcooked, but then I took it out the second round completely froze. Put the sugar on top and torched it and it was a better consistency.✨☺️

Crème brûlée is a classic French dessert known for its creamy custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel. If you're using Target's frozen crème brûlée with terra-cotta ramekins, first, familiarize yourself with the packaging instructions. To enhance your dessert experience, remember that the key to a successful crème brûlée lies in achieving the right texture. The custard should have a smooth, silky feel, while the sugar topping should be caramelized to perfection without burning. Using a kitchen torch is often preferred for a quick and even caramelization process; however, broiling in the oven works just as well but requires close attention to avoid overcooking. Additionally, consider flavor variations; for example, you might try infusing the cream with vanilla beans, citrus zest, or even a dash of your favorite liqueur for a gourmet twist. After preparing the custard, let it chill in the fridge for several hours or overnight to set properly before adding the sugar topping and caramelizing. Enjoy your homemade dessert creation with family and friends, and don’t forget to share your delicious results! Whether it's a dinner party or a weekend treat, crème brûlée is sure to impress.
