First thing, I cannot fathom how this is the author’s debut novel! What?!?
This is one fantasy read you want to make time for before you start. It will consume you. The world building and plot was so detailed and captivating that it takes hold of you and places you right into the story. I loved the depth of each of the characters, especially, Seryn, the FMC, and her two swoonworthy MMCs, Kaden and Gavrel, who are also brothers.
The author takes you on a journey through character growth, highly intricate complex world building, discovery of magic, witty banter, formed friendships and heartbreak. This is everything you will need in a dark fantasy and the twists and suspense will leave you grasping for more! Will admit, I will be impatiently waiting for book 2!
