good afternoon all! i myself have been sick for the past couple of days with the most random symptoms, yet being negative for the flu, covid, strep and more, it’s frustrating and weird but nonetheless we must all take care of ourselves to get better, i hope to anyone who is sick right now everyone

Please do these things with caution and make sure you still feel good enough to get up and try them. Medicine doesn’t always fix our sickness so something like movement, drinking water or sleep can really help us out.
