Real Tips Sharing PLZ🫶✨

Waking up at 5am used to sound impossible to me, but it really starts the night before.

Here are my tips:

I lay out my clothes before bed so I do not have to think.

I put my alarm far from my bed so I must stand up.

I go to sleep with the plan already in my head so my brain knows what to do when I wake up.

I start with something small like water and soft light instead of my phone.

The key is making mornings feel calm, not rushed.

Do you wake up early or are you trying to become a 5am person too? What’s your tips?

Setting out clothes in advance removes decision fatigue in the morning, enabling a smoother start. Placing your alarm clock or phone far from your bed forces you to physically get up to turn it off, making it less likely to snooze and go back to sleep. Instead of immediately reaching for your phone, beginning your day with something simple like a glass of water and soft lighting helps your mind wake up gently without overwhelming stimulation. The key is to create a calm, unrushed morning routine that your brain looks forward to. This approach reduces stress and makes waking early feel rewarding rather than exhausting. Incorporating a clear plan for the following day in your mind before sleeping also primes your brain to wake up with purpose. Visualization techniques or writing priorities down can be helpful complements. These strategies can cultivate an early morning habit that feels natural over time. For those struggling, remember that starting with small, consistent actions is more sustainable than drastic changes. Celebrate progress by tracking your wake-up times using tools like Apple Watch or apps that log calories and moves, motivating you through visible achievements. Becoming a 5am person is a journey that blends preparation, mindfulness, and patience. By creating a peaceful environment and eliminating distractions early, you empower yourself to embrace mornings confidently and productively.
