Expected due date: October 3

I gave birth to my first baby on my actual due date and it was a such crazy experience. I pushed for about 30 minutes, I honestly thought I was gonna push for longer but I didn’t! Prior to giving birth, I mainly exercised. I didn’t eat any dates or drank those teas, I just ate what I want and did some pelvic exercises.
