John 20:29
Jesus knew how hard it would be for us, to have faith in Him when we don’t have the opportunity to see Him or walk side by side with Him like the disciples did. Our faith in Him brings so much joy to His beautiful face. When we hurt, He hurts. When we weep, so does He. He’s our biggest cheerleader, and our biggest protector. When trying it my way, without Him, broke me. I was never happy. I was always lost. He showed me I can count on Him. He pulled me out of that pit. I owe Him everything!
If you want a relationship with Him, pray to Him. Don’t know what to say?
I’ve got you.
“Father, please forgive me of my sins. Wipe me clean. Come into my heart God, and bring me peace. Father, send your Holy Spirit to touch me. I give everything to you.”
It won’t be easy. In fact, the devil will come with vengeance to steal you back. But this time, you’re not fighting alone. God is with you every step of the way. Place your faith in Him, and never look back.
