DIY Cut the saddle staircase! Too long to cut by yourself. A little easy! (Anyone can do it)

Who's ever had a problem with a saddle too long? Put it in and the cushion is still too high?
Today I'm going to share a simple DIY cut with just four devices at home.
I used a Thomson Elite saddle, but it happened to be a little too long for the new frame, so I had to handle it.
Equipment:
1. Too long seatpost
2.Camp 2 Hose Fasteners (This Is A Good Helper)
3. Steel cutting saw
4. Sandpaper
Simple steps:
1.Mark & Measure: Measure the length you want (measured from the original spot used)
2.Setup Clamp: Put the hose cAMP on the spot to cut. The cAMP will act as a guide, allowing us to see straight (I use 2 splice for stillness)
3.Cut: Use a saw to cut steel saw along the camp line slowly, gradually saw until torn
4.Sand: After cutting, use sandpaper to smooth out the new cross-section ends, prevent cutting and make it easy to put back in.
🗣: Don't forget to mark the new "MAX" point in the cut-out length (the new MAX point will be the same as the original length + the cut-out length).
This is exactly the right saddle. Ready to go through the tracks.
