In Bangkok, there was no evening dress like today. The word "evening dress" was a Western-influenced dress concept that began to enter Thailand in the latter days, especially in the fifth reign and onwards, where Western culture was more accepted.
In the early to middle Ratconin period, the dress code remained a traditional Thai tradition, which emphasized neatness and appropriateness according to social standing, divided roughly as follows:

Long Sleeve 🔥: Popular to wear a long-sleeved, stand-neck, or collar (which began to have Western influence coming in later), flatbed color, or a slight pattern.
🔥 girdle / loincloth: may have a girdle, or an allusion.
🔥 jewelry: may have a gold necklace, or a ring, according to its position.
The outfits that we see in movies or period dramas that are beautiful in conventional Thai attire are the "formal" or "work clothes" of the people of that time before the full Western influence of the evening gown later.
If you want to imagine a night party in the early Bangkok period, women would be dressed in beautiful, pleated clothes with fine fabrics and spangled jewelry, and men would be wearing silk rays and wearing long-sleeved sleeves.
