What has helped me is building small daily rituals that promote self-care, such as journaling my thoughts or simply taking a few minutes to breathe deeply. These small acts don’t fix everything but serve as lifelines during overwhelming times. Sharing your experience with safe and supportive communities, especially those focused on women helping women or mental health journeys, can make a significant difference. It reminds you that you are not alone, and there are others who understand and want to support you. Remember, this challenging season is just one chapter in your story—not the whole narrative. One day, the pain and struggle will feel distant, and the resilience you’re cultivating now will illuminate your path forward. Keep going, and be gentle with yourself. You deserve to heal and thrive.
