Nobody Knows What They’re Doing!
Growing up can often feel overwhelming because society tends to pressure us into believing we must have everything perfectly planned out from a young age. However, the truth is that no one truly has life completely figured out, especially not during their teenage years. At 15, it's perfectly normal to feel uncertain, confused, or even frustrated with yourself. Learning from mistakes and embracing the messiness of life is part of personal growth. From my personal experience, I’ve realized that giving yourself permission to be imperfect can be incredibly freeing. When I was 15, I struggled with the expectation of knowing exactly who I was and what I wanted, but over time, I learned that growth comes from exploration and trial and error. Each mistake became a valuable lesson that shaped me into a more confident individual. Life is not about perfection but about learning and evolving. The pressure to have a clear path early on can lead to unnecessary stress and self-doubt. Instead, focus on small steps: reflect on your experiences, try new things, and be kind to yourself when things don’t go as planned. Everyone's journey is unique, and there is no set timeline for self-discovery. Remember, feeling uncertain is a sign that you are growing. The best you can do is to keep moving forward, learning from your experiences, and adapting as you go. Life at 15 is meant to be a bit messy—embracing that truth can help you build resilience and a deeper understanding of yourself over time.
