it’s NOT that deep bro 😭🙏
I recently had an unexpected experience with a rather rude employee at a GAP store when I asked if there was a place in the mall to buy a glass of milk. Instead of a helpful response, the employee laughed at me and said restaurants don’t serve milk. This reaction was surprising and frankly quite discouraging, especially when you’re just trying to find basic items. From my experience, it's important not to take such interactions personally and to remain calm. I discovered that several restaurants in the mall, such as Michizan's Deli and Morbone's, consistently offer milk and other basic drinks even if some employees are unhelpful. Knowing where to go in advance or asking another staff member can save frustration. If you encounter rude or unhelpful employees, politely ask for a manager or another staff member. Most places value customer service and will make an effort to assist you properly. Also, sharing your experience on social media or review platforms can encourage businesses to improve their service. In conclusion, while unpleasant encounters can happen, knowing the right places to find what you need, staying composed, and seeking assistance beyond one individual can turn your shopping experience around. Remember, it’s not that deep—sometimes it’s just a matter of finding the right person to help.
