🍋 Time-blocking is essentially grouping tasks into sections of time throughout your day.

🍋 This is extremely useful for planning out your day in a simple, yet effective way

📓 [Storing Notes]

🍋 Storing Notes can be made extremely simply yet may not be quite effective. On the other hand, they can be very complex, but hard to add or customize with little efficiency. I like to take both simplicity and complexity to make a tight balance for effective use.

🍋I usually split my notes into different sections: “Currently Using,” “Resurface,” and “Archived”.

🍋 “Currently Using” notes mean that they are frequently used during the certain time period (such as in the month). I like to have a front face of notes that I always see. This is what is shown on that front face for easy accessibility.

🍋 “Re-Surface” notes mean that although they may be looked toward at some moments, they aren’t frequently used during a time period. I like to keep these notes in the backlog of all my storage notes.

🍋 “Archived” notes mean that they aren’t used frequently or looked back to at a moments notice. Although the else serve little use, I still like to store them in an area to look back at if I ever need to.

🍋 Kanban Boards are the simplest form of organizing. Although this is simple, it may not be as effective or productive as other more complex methods, but it still serves to be effective.

🍋 Kanban Boards consist of having “boards” with each board representing each part of a process usually for assignments. Usually I like to have a board for the process of: “Not Started,” “To Do,” and “Completed”

🍋 Again, these are very simple to work with, but it’s a good place to start if your just getting started with a more productive life.
