The problem with this though is that it not only takes too much time, but also is inefficient when it comes to comparing it to other Productivity Tools.
🍋 Notion includes easy methods to store tasks and projects with already built in Calendars 📅 to Manage the Time Periods for them as well. There’s so many features you can use for Productivity in Notion, but in this blog, we will be going over a small step-by-step layout for organizing your tasks. 🗂️

📝 [Notion To-Do List Table]

1. 🍋 First, type “/table view” and click the option that shows up.
2. 🍋 Next, click “+ New Table” to create the Table for Managing everything.
3. 🍋 Write down all the tasks + projects you have currently (doesn’t matter when they are, just list them down)
4. 🍋 Add a Checkbox Property for Completing the Tasks. Click the 3 Dots in the Table —> Properties —> New Property —> Checkbox. And you’re Done! Just like that, you already have made a simple, but effective To-Do List Table. If you want to add a new task to the table, click the “+ New” icon at the bottom of the table.

1. 🍋 Continuing where we left off, next type “/calendar view” somewhere else in the same Notion Page. The key now though is when it shows the sidebar menu, you want to click on the Database that you originally made. This will connect them both so your tasks and projects will also show in the Calendar View.
2. 🍋 Next, Click “Open in Calendar” in the Calendar View (it should be in the top right with the 📆 icon)
🍋 This will now open up Notion Calendar (If you never logged into Notion Calendar, it will prompt you to log in or sign up). You will now see your tasks and projects at the top of the Calendar. You can drag them into being in 1 single day. It will then allow you to drag at the ends of the task/project to increase the time period they are in.
