Navigating life, especially as a college girl, can feel like you're constantly trying to map out your own perfect plan. But what happens when your plan doesn't quite align with reality? I've been there, and it's in those moments I’ve learned the profound beauty of truly trusting God's plan and process, even when it feels uncertain. Many of us grapple with the idea of 'my plan vs. God's plan,' and it’s a journey of surrender that ultimately leads to deeper peace. The image of lush ivy and delicate flowers in bloom often reminds me of how God works. Just like those beautiful pink flowers by the stream, growth happens, often unseen, and in its own time. It's not always a straight path, but a winding, organic process. This is where Bible verses become anchors. Jeremiah 29:11, which says, 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future,' is a message of incredible reassurance. It’s a powerful reminder that His intentions for us are always good, even when our current circumstances don't feel that way. Another verse that truly resonates with me, especially when I feel overwhelmed, is Psalm 18:2: 'The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.' When life feels like a stormy sea, knowing that God is our unshakeable foundation brings immense comfort. It helps us embrace vulnerability, realizing we don't have to have all the answers. Surrendering our worries to Him, trusting that He is our constant strength, is a game-changer. The image with the beautiful coastal view and Psalms 73:28, 'But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge,' perfectly encapsulates this feeling. Drawing near to God is where we find refuge and true peace. Taking time each day to talk to God and listen helps align my heart with His purposes. Journaling can also be a wonderful tool to process thoughts and emotions, helping you see where God is moving in your life. And remember, you’re not alone! Leaning on a supportive community, whether it’s friends, family, or a campus group, can provide encouragement when your faith feels tested. Sometimes, we focus so much on the destination that we miss the beauty of the journey itself. Just like the daisy depicted, finding peace often comes from appreciating the small moments and trusting that every step, every challenge, and every triumph is part of a larger, divinely orchestrated mosaic. So, as the original message says, 'Just keep going!' Keep nurturing your faith, keep surrendering your plans, and keep trusting that God's plan for you is far greater and more beautiful than anything you could imagine.
