Took a couple key photos from “recently” and summed them up.
1. We eloped. My husband and I had been engaged for a few months after dating for three years. We decided to rip the bandaid and had a private ceremony telling nobody.
2. Hag stone bagged. This was the day we told my husband’s sister and father that we were planning on sharing my family last name. Sister cried, dad left without another word. It was Father’s Day.
3. This is Possum. He makes me so very happy.
4. Clean shrine corner. Not my real shrine. Not sorry.
5. Matt, Ben, Sam, Mine. This was how I learned my colors as a kid. Three older brothers each assigned a color. Didn’t know the names of the colors yet but knew which one went to which brother.
6. Miss you always. And forever. The more I’m outside the more I remember you. More starlight. More grass stains. Sweat and hurt after a day? Sure, because it’s just one day in the life of a mortal being. Life happens to be very short, y’know? Get sore and dirty, you usually were.
